1. All participants of the competition must pay the registration fee in advance by bank transfer to the following account: asbl Violin Virtuosi - IBAN: BE82 3630 6151 0568. BIC: BBRUBEBB (mention « Violin Virtuosi 2020 » and name + first name of the candidate).
ALL THE COSTS RELATED TO MONEY TRANSFER SHOULD BE PAID BY THE PARTICIPANT. THE COMPETITION ORGANISERS SHOULD GET EXACTLY THE SAME AMOUNT THAT IS INDICATED ON THE PAGE « RULES ». PLEASE PROVIDE A PROOF OF PAYMENT OF THE FEE. WITHOUT THIS PROOF THE REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE.

After filling in the form, send the completed document in MS Word or PDF formats, a photocopy of the participant’s and accompanying person(s) passports, a biography and a professional colour photograph with the high-resolution quality (to be used in the competition program book, website, and publicity) of the candidate in .jpeg format by mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Application form must be filled in by computer. Handwritten or uncompleted requests will not be accepted.
All the requested documents and information must be sent in just one mail. Incomplete solicitudes will not be treated.
Pay attention for both of the accompanist gaps in the application form (trustee and pianist). In case that your trustee is also your pianist, please, indicate it.
The conditions for registration are listed on the document. During registration, you will be asked to read, understand and accept these conditions.
4. Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance to the competition will be sent to all applicants by e-mail after verification of the completed application form and after receipt of payment of administration fees and other above-mentioned documents.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
